Look about a minute in. That message board looks familiar no? Take a closer look. It is clearly a slightly modified image of TrekBBS! Notice the Hailing Frequencies and Main Bridge tabs in their same place. And most of all it shows the Enterprise board link, with the exact same description!

Wow, that's great! And of course that's the Trek BBS! Just look at the tiny communicators. Weren't they specifically designed for the BBS? (EDIT: Oh, and it does say Trek BBS on the second image below! And they even got the Enterprise forum's tagline right!)
