Trek & The City-The Trailer

I don't get it; apart from the music, what is there from Sex and the City?
I was expecting something that spliced Sex and the City stuff in with Trek stuff. As if Sex and the City was set in 23rd century San Francisco. (I'll bet someone could splice a naked back side from Samantha with a wide-eyed Kirk. Would be fun to see the shoe on the other foot for a change. Instead of Kirk leaving behind a girl, the girl leaving behind Kirk. "It was fun James T. But don't expect anything more from this.")
(I have to say, a Grey's Anatomy, or Gossip Girl-type drama could be quite a bit of fun set in the 23rd or 24th century, especially San Francisco. (Although with transporters it probably wouldn't matter much.) I've always wondered what kind of student towns the Trek cities would be - and how many (young) men and (young) women, would "prey" on impressionable young non-Terran Starfleet cadets. And how good, or not so good, certain species can "intermingle".)
