Trek Pasta Night Returns!

As some of you fine folks may remember, I love to watch TOS while I cook up some pasta about once a month.

I haven't done this recently because my kitchen under counter TV died a few months ago, and I didn't want to shell out $300 for the new 12" model I want.

Back in business! Simple spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread is the menu, and I enjoy a Coors Lite or two while it's cooking.

I don't feel too bad about the big dinner because I'll put in 2 hours of racquetball beforehand. Plus, I love cooking for the wife and the Trek drives her upstairs while I enjoy it. Remember, it's only on during the preparation!

Okay, I'm thinking of a space faring episode, not one set on a planet. Options are below and you guys help me decide. It's on for Wednesday night.

Spaghetti and meatballs is pretty basic Italian cuisine, and with that in mind I'm going to recommend some basic Star Trek: The Corbomite Maneuver. Star Trek doesn't get much better than this.

You know, I made lasagna a few weeks back and I just wanted something simple and quick for the middle of the week. Now, I could have gone with a spicier sauce and hot Italian sausage. THAT would have clearly led me to Balance of Terror. Don't you think?
