Trek Lit's 20th & 21st Centuries

I'm getting ready to start The Eugenics Wars books, and I know there are a couple of other books, The Rings of Time, and From History's Shadow, that deal with some of the same characters in the same timeframe. I was wondering, are they all consistent with each other?

Far as I can remember, yes; in fact, From History's Shadow is a spiritual prequel to Eugenics Wars. (It helps that Greg Cox also wrote The Rings of Time, of course.)
