Hey all, I have this over in the art section of the foum, but wanted to post it here as well. I hope to one day do a fan film, so I wanted to show off some of my backlit graphics that I might use on it.

Yeah, that's very professional looking. What is the process for getting those colors, text, and images on the black glass?

Yes, it was made with Adobe Illustrator. I used the same color palette that was use on the graphics from the show.

Everything is printed on a special material that can be backlit. ( Just like in the show DS9-Enterprise) the I would use tape to mount it to the color plex. (The same way that it was done on the show)

No, I think its a think masking tape, or maybe electrical tape.

Hey sorry for the late reply, I do not get a lot of replys to my thread so I do not come here as much.

Thanks for the info on the tape, I was guessing that it would be that type of tape, because I read in the trek mag that it was used a lot of the show and movies.
