It would be the five captains. They've all had to bluff their way out of hazardous situations in the past. I'd love to see how Kirk would use the corbomite manuever in a game of Texas Hold'em, against the Picard manuever.

Along the same lines, it was mentioned by Phil Farrand in the Trek nitpickers guide how dumb it was for Riker to play poker with a card counting android, a guy who can tell with his special VISOR if someone is lying by the change in their body temperature, and an empath.
