TOS re-release for the 60th

Looks like there is an Amazon exclusive re-release of the three TOS seasons. Comes out September 8th and includes lobby cards and a tiny vinyl disc. I think the packaging looks OK, though I think they've mirrored some of the stills. I won't be getting this myself as there is nothing new.

Ah, yes, a Paramount tradition - trod out the same discs in a shiny, new wrapper every few years. The only comfort to this is knowing they’re still investing in physical media.

The last major printing in 2016 is still available. It hasn't gone out of print.

The best looking Star Trek set packaging are TAS on DVD followed by the TOS season sets on DVD. Unfortunately they are also bulky as Mudd so I don't have them anymore.

I bought the Blu-ray season sets as they were released way back when. I gave the DVD’s to my daughter.
