Some time ago I made a theme for if there was a Kelvin series. It got mixed reactions. So here is a new version, done in TOS-style:

    I hope you enjoy it.

Nice! If I have one complaint, it's that the surface of the ship seems too reflective to me. But that's easily overlooked.

Very original series in its overall look, you did a nice job of mimicing the style and movement.

That was pretty nice. It's also the closest I've ever felt to seeing what the old Tech Manual destroyer would have looked like in action.

Pretty sweet vid. Only nitpick was the typo on Hemsworth's surname, but overall pretty good. Could see you going for the "Cage" transition from credits to Act One there. :)

I'm gonna be the odd one out and say I like the old (new?) one better.

You rocked in making the sixties feel of it, kinda scarily so, but 1) the theme is Star Trek for the Enterprise, not the Kelvin, 2) we need more fan productions in the new timeline, the time (see what I did there?) is ripe!

    Thanks for all the compliments.
Yes, I know I misspelled Hemsworth. I only noticed it yesterday though and of course it was too late.

I agree completely. Unfortunately, I think it would be too expensive for a lot of people to do. Although these days it's possible to day amazing things purely with greenscreen.

Oh absolutely. I'm just waiting for New Voyages to do some sort of "Mirror, Mirror" kinda thing except with the new timeline. If anybody could do it, they sure as hell could.

That would be fun. Except that the characters wouldn't have to worry about being assassinated. Unless they beam into some dangerous situation.
