That would be the bestest crossover ever. I'd have to go with the UCB as they have a lot more cyborg technology and the Wu Tang Clan on their side. "They have no government ties and unlimited resources" after all. Could you imagine what the Bucket of Truth would do to Jack Harkness?!?!
