I was thinking earlier about the vast amount of material set between the S2 Torchwood finale and the start of Children of Earth.
Im not going to bore you with a list, but considering Torchwood stays pretty much in one time line, I wonder if its even possible to fit it all in.
I found this
a Torchwood audio drama CD called The Sin Eaters, anyways in it, apparntly we find out that the SUV can transform into a boat.
I am so glad that never happened on TV.

seriously the Torchwood SUV could transform into a boat? what was the author thinking? Even the new Knightrider (to the best of my knowledge) never turned into a boat. (yes I know there is a Simpsons refrence to all of this)The story adds two major items to Torchwood's technical arsenal: the Torchwood S.U.V. is revealed to have the ability to transform into a boat, and it is revealed that the Hub links to a hidden dock where, among other things, a Torchwood-commissioned boat called Sea Queen is docked. Sea Queen is, however, destroyed by the end of the story.
