Honorable mentioned:

Doctor Who (this far down only because the last few seasons haven't been as strong as before but I hope Jodie Whittaker and Chris Chibnall will turn it around)
Sense8 (listed down here only because it only has a special left before ending)
Orphan Black (same as Sense8)
Luke Cage
The Man in the High Castle
A Series of Unfortunate Events
The Crown
House of Cards
Orange is the New Black
Fargo

I don't watch many comedians anymore but here are the ones I do:

BoJack Horseman
People of Earth

Gods, I watch too many shows...

A top 10 list of comedies that doesn't include Black-ish is just wrong.

And I haven't seen 95% of the shows listed.

Really, a lot of the newer shows just don't have anything to keep me coming back week after week. "Super Girl" and "Fuller House" are probably the only two still in production drama/comedy shows I watch and even then I wait for the DVD's to come out. Along with "Family Feud" and "Quick Study", which are about the only other shows I watch. I really haven't been a fan of the serialized stories that have come out in the last 20 years, as a lot of times the first and last 4 or 5 episodes are the really great episodes and then the middle ten are kind of just filling up air space.
