Sports are best for fitness. following are some best sports for fitness.
1. Cricket
2. Football
3. Swimming
4. Jumping.
 
I'm guessing your football is soccer, and I know that's high on the list, as well as swimming.
 
I get my exercise from basketball and floor hockey. Definitely a good run around plus there's that competitive aspect that makes you keep pushing hard.
 
I think football is the sport which is better for fitness. For play football you need lots of stamina because in this game you have to run continuously for 40 minutes behind the ball and running is the best for health.
 
I love how new fitness robots keep signing up in order to respond to the original fitness robot.
 
So .... swimming, then?

I went to the beach once, tried swimming, major muscle failure after a few minutes.

Cycling is elite but it doesn't murder you the way swimming does.
