Palpatine should be no less than 4th. Roy should be higher too.

I was just going to point that out. They were villians by any definition. As villians they weren't very well defined ones in terms of the over all plot and didn't have a lot of dialgoue but then again neither did the Xenomorphs.

To answer this question correctly, we need to answer the question if the lions in The Ghost and the Darkness are villains. Are animals villains?

I second the T-1000. That's one scary SOB I wouldn't want chasing me.

I'm not sure the Aliens could be classified as "villains" anymore than those creatures from Pitch Black.
