Here's a follow-up to my previous thread that focused on 2017+. What are your Top 10 favorite episodes from the second half of Old Trek? Or, rather, the Berman Era after TNG ended. Everything from the third season of DS9 to the end of ENT. Feel free to list a Bottom 5 as well.

I'll post my Top 10 and Bottom 5 later.

Hard to do DS9, since so many great episodes are stuck together into extended arcs.

Still, "The Visitor" will be there. And "Way of the Warrior". Both parts of "Year of Hell". And "Dead Stop". I'll do a full list later.

I'm counting two-parters once. I'd do the same with three-parters if I had them. Anything beyond that is too much.

I binged ENT once in 2010 and again in 2020, but that series just doesn't stick or click with me. So, I'm sticking to DS9 and VOY. This is kind of like in the other thread, where I mainly stuck to DSC and PIC.

3. Year of Hell, Parts I & II (VOY, S4, E8-9)

Hard to get down to 10.

S6 of DS9 is arguably the greatest season in Trek history, IMHO. I still favor TOS1, but it is a lot closer that it used to be.

This was REALLY difficult, particularly since DS9 season 4 is so close to being a perfect season (except for one story in one episode, I would call this a perfect season). The closest to perfect the franchise ever got. Because DS9 is my favorite series, the list is pretty DS9 heavy.

Much the same as with many of yours I expect, my favourites are subject to change depending on my mood and whims. I am fed up with the misery and doom & gloom in the news, so currently my favourites consist mostly of light-hearted episodes (at least, on the surface they are, anyway).
