Toons with Talking Dogs

Another thread got me thinking about this subject. How many cartoons (or anime) had dogs that talked? I can only think of a few.

1) Rocky & Bullwinkle (Mr. Peabody)
2) Huckleberry Hound
3) Scooby-Doo
4) Hung-Kung Phooey (I think that's spelt right)
5) Family Guy (Brian)

any others?

"Dastardly & Mutley" and "Stop the Pigeon" both had Mutley the Hound who, although he didn't 'speak', mumbled and muttered under his breath a lot, and the other characters knew what he was saying.

Men in Black the Series features Frank the Pug now and then, I know he's an alien but still, talking dog.

And, oddly, Pluto was a regular dog with an owner (or in a universe with) a talking dog. (Goofy.)
