Tom Clancy's End War

The PC version is on Target Clearance for $7.50. I was wondering if the game is any good, and more importantly if it's any good for single player, since I'm on dial up and won't be playing people online!

Is it like Command and Conquer? I love those games. I play Generals Zero Hour all the time.

Also is the difficulty adjustable cause I don't like a serious challenge And is there resource gathering and is it a bitch?

Dial-up? Srsly?

I don't know about End War... if I recall its big gimmick is voice commands. I would think it plays somewhat like a C&C game, but I wouldn't take my word for it.

I believe it's primarily multiplayer, and I imagine dial-up will suck more ass than usual trying to play this one. Other than the voice-command gimmick, I haven't seen anything of note mentioned about it. Lots of hype and then interest in the game vanished the moment it was released. As a plus, I want to say they rely on a take strategic locations and/or kill doods dynamic for reinforcement points, so no resource gathering.
