The NFL's suspension and fine for Brady's involvement in "Deflategate" was recently upheld, and Brady is pursuing legal action in the courts. Should Brady just give up the fight? Even if he was not part of a conspiracy to deflate footballs used on the field that evening, he had to be the first player to know that the balls had been deflated. He is at the very least culpable if he knew and did nothing about it, so what is he hoping to accomplish?
