Not deeply surprising, since the company had been in trouble for awhile. They also published a Star Craft Ghost Academy manga by our own KRAD.

Maybe Bandai could pick it up I've noticed they've started to release manga directly like 00 and 00F.

Depends on who owns the rights, but they certainly COULD revert to Bandai.

If 00 is Gundam, which I think it is, only reason why is because its obviously a Bandai property. Are there any non-Bandai properties under their manga label? I really haven't seen Bandai touch anything that isn't owned by their Japanese counterparts.
