I remember the Grand Prize was an actual "walk on" appearance on the program (which I believe some old lady won and never acted on it, or something)
To this day, I have the free poster of Probert's Ent-D (as seen in Picard's ready room). It hangs on my wall still.
Plus, I have the small blue plastic Enterprise-D with detachable saucer section.
Oh yes, I remember TNG Cheerios promotion...
