TNG can't remember episode

Hi I just have a quick question. I seem to recall an episode of tng having to do with a murder/death on one of the lower decks (and no, it is not as google suggests 'lower decks' ) I feel like it was a murder mystery type episode. Also it wasn't 'eye of the beholder' Am I imagining things or was there an episode like this? I can seem to find anything on google, or remember much more, so maybe I'm going crazy? I feel like it was one of the only episodes to show part of the ship below deck 36, but I could be wrong.

Are you sure about Eye of the Beholder not being it? That's the only thing I can think of that matches. Alternatively, there are a few other mystery-type episodes, like Schisms for instance. Is it possible you're combining two plots in your head?

I figured it out! So I have been looking at the Sternbach Enterprise D blueprints, and was trying to remember tng episodes where they showed some of the lower decks besides deck 36, and thought I remembered an episode where we saw the bottom deck. I did remember correctly about seeing the lowest deck, but mistakes the ship lol. I was thinking of Voyager 'Good Shepherd' where we see deck 15. Thanks for the help though!

The only lower decks murder I remember on VOY was "Meld", with Brad Dourif as Lon Suder.
