TMP Enterprise modernisation and homage

Great job, on both ships! And it's always great to see some positive thought being given towards the TMP uniforms. 
On the uniform ranks, I usually associate the three solid stripes (your Commodore rank above) as the mythical Fleet Captain. For Commodore, I associate three stripes with the middle stripe (silver?) being fatter and connected to the end two stripes (as seen worn by the five Commodores in TOS). And my take on the TMP uniforms. Those aren't exactly loved, but using Kirk's admiral uniform as a baseline, with different colours for departments, I think, works.
Ok so I've made a major update today. Because the original links are all dead anyway I put everything back in the first post, and removed some of my posts in this thread that are now irrelevant. That makes some replies orphaned but I prefered not making a new thread for the same design.
Ok so since I made another round of modernisation of the TOS version here, I figured I would apply the same sort of stuff to the TMP version. I took the opportunity to improve the nacelles as well. Here's the result:

I personally love the TMP uniform designs, but I think they would have looked better on screen in the original series colors. Either that, or if the TMP bridge had the TWOK colors.Here's the full-sized image file for the Shuttlecraft I put in the TMP version.

I think the TMP colours are fine because it fits with the rest of the set and the real-world era... but the uniforms looked like pyjamas, except Kirk's Admiral uniform. So "mine", above, would all be the same as his but with department colours.
