TMP "collectible" cards

I hope someone here can help me out. I was sorting through some 29 year old Star Trek "collectibles" that I have. Among these were a bunch of cards. I have no clue as to where I got them. Anyway, one of the cards shows Kirk, in his spacesuit, floating around the memory wall.

I had thought that this scene was originally planned but never filmed. Am I wrong?

I think they filmed part of it, but either never finished or never put it through post-production, because they realized it would never work well.

There's footage of the memory wall sequence (Nimoy being "flown" through the set on wires) on the second disc of the TMP DVD. There may also be an animatic of Kirk being "attacked" by the wall, acted out with dolls.

Many thanks for the link. The first image shown appears to be exactly what appears on the card. Mystery solved : )
