Thieves Clean Out an Apple Store in 31 Seconds

Not surprised they were able to clean it out that fast. Apples stores are the most sparse stores I've ever seen.

Don't they laptop lock the apple products?

I hope they wipe those things before they sell them can't you control the camera and find out whole stole your laptop.

I have noticed that those stores are designed in an exceptionally spartan way. For a company that prides itself on designing beautiful products, the bare concrete floor in one of my local Apple stores just seems oddly inconsistent.

i know this may sound stupid but what good are the lap tops with out the chargers?i know with me phone it will only take the same one it's supplied with.

but still I thought my other half shopped quick :)

Gotta love how the reporter points out that the thieves were experts in part because they wore masks, knowing that there would be security cameras. Suddenly the term "expert" seems to have lost a bit of its meaning :)

Note how sensationalist the reporter on the scene was about a simple store robbery.

He sounds so excited, it's hilarious.
:guffaw: yeah, it must have been a sloooow news week :guffaw:

The reporter used the term: "up-scale shopping centre" I've never heard that before, does it mean "mega-mall" or does it just mean a place with overpriced products?

I'll take 'That's way too expensive for being coated with lead paint' for $600, Alex."
