The Zhang Heng, a Prius-class Shuttlecraft

Unlikely, since I don't drive anything into NYC. When we go to the city, I drive to Ramapo, and my wife drives in from there. We take her car.
The closest the Zhang Heng will get may be Westchester, if I affilliate myself with the USS Abraham Lincoln, a Starfleet International chapter now being formed. We may arrive at the opening of ST XI somewhere in the Zhang Heng.

Yesterday as I returned from yet another show, I had a flashback to the opening of the TNG episode "Parallels":
Worf: Personal Log - I am returning from the bat'leth competition on Forcas III. I was victorious (picks up trophy) . . .
I picked up two more baubles in the past 3 days. On Thursday night I attended a car show that was a fund-raiser for survivors of 9-11. I received a plaque for one of the 25 Best cars there (out of over a hundred). It is nice enough that I will put it (pending spouse's approval) on the wall of remembrance where the photographs of honorable departed ancestors, the Columbia, and Data are sitting.
The second was awarded at a car show at an inn in the middle of nowhere of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, on the border between northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This was for Best Custom.
That gives me 7 trophies, 2 plaques, and a Borgified piece beyond human classification.

The Zhang Heng was featured in a regional magazine article in September, and I just found out someone posted a video of her docked at HybridFest this summer.
From the first time I ever saw the 80's Toyota van I thought the same thing... shuttlecraft!

Specifically 1988-1989 Toyota Van in white. All it needed was lettering to look like a shuttlecraft. Although I believe the Pontiac minivan pictured above is a close second.From the first time I ever saw the 80's Toyota van I thought the same thing... shuttlecraft!

I just added a page to the website for the Zhang Heng, listing some of the blogs and magazines that have made note of it in the last year.

S'kai, are you going to be at Shore Leave all three days? I can only get there for one day (any of the three will do), and I want to make sure I don't miss you. Or rather that I don't miss the Zhang Heng.
You should send a Private Message for this kind of thing, not bump a thread thats been dead for four months.
