There are clues in the online Vulcan Language Dictionary (VLD) which might hint at the history and meaning of the romulan terms heard in Picard.

To come back to the title of the thread, Zhat Vash might mean something like "The end of fear (or destruction)", according to the thread i linked to.

It's a fascinating thread, i can't recommend enough to read for everyone interested in languages and/or the Vulcans and Romulans
