I always felt these were some really interesting creations from Michael Westmore and team, for Star Trek Insurrection. However, you don't get to see much of them beyond a few scenes in the face stretching lab. They are also played by uncredited actresses, who we know nothing about! Apparently one was named Katrina and the other Charlie, while the third is unknown completely.
The following year, one appeared as a form of the Doctor while treating his human half in "Life Line." The actress was makeup artist and Jeri Ryan double, Nichole McAuley.
Anywho, there's very little available on them in terms of BTS shots and we never saw them again.
