Hey Fellow Whovians! It's been awhile since I have been here. I know you guys are missing my art, and work on the TARDIS and the Time Lord Compendium.

For the purposes of giving credit where credit is due..:techman: in the Time Lord Compendium, and subsequent designs, much of which is done by me, the writing is mostly done by my good friend William B. Swift many of you know his work in the website www.whoniverse.net. I also have some very good help from Tony Farrell of the TARDIS Builders website, and from galacticprobe also a member of that fantastic resource site!

Between William and I, we have got a ton of stuff done. If you want to see my art page in deviantart.. go here:
http://time-lord-rassilon.deviantart.com/

And Now.. This is not commercial and is a Type 40 (NOT the Doctor's TARDIS) this is the factory floor model, brand new, a mass produced product. Like a car manual. I have two soft covers one Official, and one in the Haynes style. I hope you guys like the schematics!

More coming on that later.. Check my deviantart periodically for the updates. I hope to try to get that out by Christmas. We'll see..

Time Lord Handbook:

Here is the Time station as it was before it became the Justice Station in the Trial of a Time Lord, back in the day, during the dark times and the vampire Wars, it was called a Black Hole carrier colloquially.. and the Legendary Starbreaker! The Ships that created and brought back to Gallifrey the Eye of Harmony! More Schematics on those ships much later my friends.. much later..

The Next project after the TARDIS Master Schematics book will be to complete the Time Lord Compendium. Later the Time Lord Handbook.. They will also be printed in soft cover format, and released as a companion to each other. The compendium will be released first tho.. so not much has been done on it lately.. we wanted to get the Type 40 done first. It will be presented much later. Maybe by Christmas release in 2019. We'll see.. Lots to get done first.

so here are the latest updates on that book...

Well that is it for now fellow friends Trekbbs and whovians! Note: The Time Lord Compendium is modeled after the 1970s Star Fleet manual. The TARDIS TYPE 40 Master Schematics is modeled after the 1970s Doctor Who technical manual. The Time Lord Handbook is modeled after typical marvel and DC comic book style handbooks. The Large Schematics on the Time Station and Starbreaker are modeled on Typical Ships of the line in Star Trek Schematic general plans. I hope you liked this update, and I can't wait to see Season 10! I am pulling for hopefully Craig Ferguson as the Next Doctor! ...one can only dream! :-)

Here is another update. Page 10 of the Master Control Console section.. Page 11 on the way. Then Next is Station number 2 and it's controls and definitions.

I also skipped ahead for a bit, and did this page 37, which is the Dematarialisation Circuit. I did the design based on the original Prop. The Demat-circuit from Terror of the Autons is the Doctor's rebuilt version.

Awesome work. Need this as a PDF

Thanks Mate! I am glad you like the work so far. Tho A PDF will probably be a good way to go, I plan on releasing this as a printed product as a fan publication for those interested. Once I get nearer to that day, I will let everyone know when to sign up for it, and get the pricing for printing and post expenses. Hopefully we will be done by December. I can't say that's a go, but we will be trying to get this out by then. This book however has been a 7 year trek, and I have learned allot from it's research. Anyhow, I just finished Page 11, and am now working on Station 2, and before long should be thru that portion and on to the bigger and better things inside the ship! stay tuned my friend, and to all the other fellow whovians who like my work, I hope you enjoy this thread. Thanks to all the Trekbbs and Deviantart fans and friends who support this work. You guys are really special to both Myself and William.

For William's Latest work, and TARDIS PDF Index.. go here:
http://meshyfish.com/~roo/index.html
Also William is my co-writer and chief editor on the various Doctor Who Projects we are working on (except the Time Lord Handbook, that's all my writing).

Here is Page 11, Page 12 starts Station 2 and it's various definitions. We plan to also include a take off and landing directional guide in this book as well. It helps to know how to fly the TARDIS, if you own the manual on it.

Amazing work!
thanks guys! Sorry for the long wait to reply. I have been working on tons of new stuff for the TARDIS Master Schematics and General Plans index. However, while you guys are waiting on new stuff, I did do this Generic Type 40 Time Capsule Poster showing the direction and physics behind the ship.

few things to remember. the Dynamorphic generator is a silver sphere that hovers at the center of the white void in the heart of the TARDIS engine (we saw it exploded in Journey to the centre of the TARDIS). The dimension dams represented in the image as a squiggly border, are actually spheres of swirling clouds with electrical discharges of lightning occasionally coming off them. (for 3D modelers, this design can be rendered in sketchup. just remember to use the fog feature around each level of the pedestrian infrastructure. refer to large map of the tardis seen in deviantart for more accurate corridor placement)

Always nice to see updates here.
Thanks man! I got a poster for the SIDRAT coming and the Doctor's Tardis, along with the Type 85 as seen in Hell Bent. Should be pretty cool to get out. This could be the new way to display a TARDIS given the traditional schematics way is not sufficient
With a TARDIS it's necessary to display it's physics of the dimension along with the interior ship. I suppose it's also in the name of the ship. Relative dimension along with time. So technically that poster is a 2D representation of the 3D TARDIS interior within a 5 dimensional time-space dimension. Crazy.

the Time Lord Compendium is simply a record and overview of timelord science, culture, and uniforms. It is modeled on the 1970s Starfleet technical Manual

The Time Academy symbol

More TARDIS Posters coming soon. then I'm back to the Tardis Master schematics index work.
Cheers!

Okay fellow Whovians! Here is the TYPE 40 TARDIS MARK I, Default Time Travel Capsule 2.0! Revised Edition!

THE TARDIS DIMENSIONAL REALM

On the TARDIS POSTER I have posted here, I have taken time to REVAMP the poster's central dimensional Torus design, as the initial TARDIS Dimensional diagram was a bit line heavy, and the internal pedestrian infrastructure needed some modifications.

You see the design of the internal Middle of the TARDIS dimension is the core of the ship, and a map as seen in Journey to the centre of the TARDIS. With that design in place, the Dimension dams were represented as squiggle circles around each level of the TARDIS. However in my design I did initially, the Dimension Dams should actually mimic the actual Torus field itself. In the model of the TARDIS physics, each Dimension Dam that encompasses each level of the ship, it should be a swirling mass of clouds with lightning striking off and rolling in different directions. each direction of the dimension dams swirling clouds is clockwise, and counter clockwise ALTERNATING per each level.

So the new dimensional diagram poster of the TARDIS what I have done to convey properly the Dimension Dams (or the full technical term would be Dimensional Field Barriers) the new poster will reflect the actual nature of those dimension dams, and marry up with the map of Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS.

Now, for those fans of the Peter Mckinstry TARDIS dimension design (the one with the time scepter) I have taken Mckinstry's work, and married it to the Journey Episode map. I have also looked into the physics behind the TARDIS Dimension. I have been studying physics now for the past 13 years.

The TARDIS is not a Tesseract, in the way most people seem to think it is. It's not a space that moves you to another space.. The internal physics of the TARDIS are based on Time, Warp Matrix Engineering (see STNG "remember Me" episode) and the energy of the frozen in time Eye of harmony. The TARDIS coral is it's brain, which is both a living and organic component of the ship, but also contains the TARDIS consciousness which is a form of living energy matrix, which is housed in the orbs as seen in Journey to the centre of the TARDIS.

While the exterior dimension dams are partially 3-4th dimensional, it exists in a 5th dimensional space. The space inside the torus creates a living 3D-4th dimensional world in which we 3rd dimensional creatures can inhabit.

In the Torus space is time, which space expands to accommodate time. Without time, there is no space, just a 5th dimensional husk.. or shell. The TARDIS coral Computer is the mind that can manipulate the matter projectors, block math creation, and time travel paradoxs and changes can only be unaffected by an organic mind. The solution was to create a Coral Brain system, which is much stronger then crystals, and more robust in it's organic properties.

When you see the new "REFINED" poster coming soon, the new look of the interior dimension dams, coupled with the Journey map rendered in a flipped white on blue aesthetic conveys the look and feel of the Journey to the centre of the TARDIS map even more, and gives a good 3D perspective of the dimension dams As a Torus of clouds, over the previous design of just rendering those dams in squiggly circles around the pedestrian infrastructure.

In the movie Interstellar, which had a great amount of actual physics, the idea of the Tesseract is entertained. within the Tesseract the (they) who created it had to make a 4th dimensional space inside the Tesseract for the character Cooper to interact with his Daughter's bedroom back in time. The bedroom covered from his daughter's first use of it, until her end of use with it. which gave Cooper the ability to send a message in Morse code via gravity and the manipulation of Gravity back through time.

In the same vein, a TARDIS dimension dams are it's Tesseract or 5th Dimensional structure, which must have a 4th dimensional space within in order for the TARDIS interior to be accessible to normal humanoid and 3RD Dimensional beings could inhabit. Time is piped in from the Time Vortex, which sync's the TARDIS interior with normal space on the outside. the access point into the dimension is part particle fusion, and frequency or a signature which can open the portal (not a wormhole) into the extra dimensional space or micro reality within.

The spheres you see glowing in the Episode, Journey to the centre of the TARDIS is actually, the housing for those 5th dimensional-4th Dimensional (3 dimensions plus time) coral brain segments is the tree scene from that episode. it is known technically as the Protyon nodes, while the whole room (I.E. module) is known as the Arch-Recon or Architectural Reconfiguration system. A suitable analogy would be the control room is where the ship is controlled from, while the main control is called the TARDIS console.

A TARDIS is delineated by it's Type which refers to it's level of upgrades in technology (I.E. engines, and relay stations and other tech relative to it's main engine, dimensional stabilisers and such. While the Mark # is delineated by it's Transpower Drive system.. which encompasses both the Vorpal Core, warp drive engines (VWORP Drive) and demat circuit, and relative components associated with the TARDIS main console.

The Centre of the TARDIS has to be the main engine. It's dimension is created by that main engine. Time is controlled and brought into the dimension to sync it to normal space-time via it's link to the time vortex. It is also necessary for the interior 3-4th Dimensional space to exist. Transport within the vortex is done through the console room. It's movement of the outer shell is all that is required.. that portion of the TARDIS transportation and propulsion will be explained in great detail making the science and physics behind how the ship can move in time-space, and the vortex make sense. Stay tuned to the TARDIS Master Schematics and General Plans index for more details on that process later.

Very nice indeed.
Thanks man. Guess who's next??

The Master's Classic series Type 45 poster! Complete with Doric Column for that bit of. Mischievous Galactic Threatening nostalgic thrill! Be a thorn in your enemies sides with your very own CLASSIC SERIES TYPE 45 MASTER'S TARDIS! Coming Soon to a forum near you... :-)

You know these posters would make excellent RPG game boards, I'm thinking a monopoly style two fold board. Or print as an attachment to your character sheet, and switch up during game play.

As I mentioned, don't forget bro, I got a SIDRAT, Master's type 45, Doctor's type 40 Mark III (current desktop), the hellbent TARDIS, the Rani's TARDIS, a battle TARDIS, and the Dalek TARDIS, from the Chase. Along with a couple surprizes.
Star Trek has their way of detailing schematics of the Full Enterprise, and other ships, but that's how you'd show Starfleet tech, this is the way all TARDIS schematics should look. At least based on my physics anyhow.

The thing is, all TARDISes have a default layout that is the same. That retcons how all time Lord's kinda know their way around the ship, until they hit a dimensional juncture, and end up on the other side of the ship. The layout in this manner can change a ships perceived structure tremendously.

All TARDISes come in a default Hartnell Style Mark I aesthetic. This is also for ease of use. Examples? Hartnell. Default mode. Three doctors default mode Mark II. Echoed Hartnell. The monk's TARDIS was in default a mark IV. The Hell Bent TARDIS was in default as well.

So fun times ahead!

Ps. The Rani's TARDIS will be sporting her cabinet and round console knobby thingy theme. Lol

So for Printing purposes I checked and Monochrome is the way to go, so I updated my original poster to full blues on white.

And now that's done, prepare yourself for the MASTER'S TYPE 45 MARK II TARDIS! This ship is the Pre-time war version. We haven't seen and don't know what TARDIS Missy was running around in. The Master could use more then one, but this one, will always be His/Her Favorite.

up next...

The Doctor's Type 40
Cheers:techman:

Here is a new find that may inspire you:

An interesting first example of time travel to the past--pre-Tardis--might be a spaceship moving where two cosmic strings have been whiplashing past one another.

http://www.andersoninstitute.com/cosmic-strings.html

That would allow Time Lords to have a longer timeline than the standard history of the universe--I'd like to see you depict that--that and a cubic wormhole:

This art also makes me think of where the Time Lords may be now:
