Filmation was generally better with action-adventure shows than comedies. Fat Albert was fairly good, and they initially made their name with Archie cartoons, but most of their comedies over the years were pretty lame.

Filmation actually did better with live action than animation. Ghostbusters, with Forrest Tucker and Larry Storch, Shazam, Isis, Space Academy and Jason of Star Command, ARK II, etc...
