I remember the story of Mcgann showing up with short hair like christopher eccleston. The Producers went mental apparently.

found it interesting that some of the actors considered for the 8th Doctor would later go to appear in the new series, two as the Doctor.

think the original concept where they would remade/used as a basis some the classic series stories could have worked (this approach was taken with Law & Order:UK).

but after that gahhhh.

and describing the movie as "too American" was my sentiment after watching in 1996. don't think I've seen it since.
