I didn't really think to take photos, unfortunately. The snowpiles twice as high as a car which now separate the parking rows in the Fair Lakes Center mall are kind of striking.

Haha-- people here were pretty excited. Being from Ohio my response was more of an "eh"-- but in D.C. everybody was acting like they were in grade-school.

I became obsessed with keeping the two bird feeders on our patio filled with seed. Then, I became obsessed with photographing the birds.

Yeah. The Tidal Basin and a good portion of the Washington Channel is are still iced over.
