Another solid episode. I loved Ronnie's speech at the end. The combination of that speech, Shane's bit about trying to help Vic protect the one thing Vic cares about, and Vic's ugly confrontation with Cassidy seems to be foreshadowing what will happen to Vic in the end. It's only downhill from here.

Vic is absolutely headed for a dark ending, but that'd certainly be fitting for everything he's done over the course of the series. The Cassidy confrontation was almost more chilling than the one with Armadillo Quintero back in season two. Ronnie's bit at the end of the episode was dead-on: he shouldn't have to drown for Vic and especially not for Shane. It's time to cast Shane adrift for good.

Good episode. The Vic/Cassidy scene was great and I liked how he wanted to apologize. The sneer he gave at the end was also good, I was worried he may have actually been giving into Shane's story.

Ronnie standing up to Vic was a surprise, but a refreshing one.

^ I'm worried that Ronnie may be on his way out, if he keeps that up. That's exactly what Vic needs, though: someone who will stand up to him and say what he needs to hear.
