Also, I was thrilled to see your gnocchi recipe there. I remembered that someone on here had posted a "foolproof gnocchi" recipe some time ago, but couldn't remember who and couldn't track it down for some reason. I am definitely going to give both a try and, as Scotty said, I'll letcha know.
