The episodes that I watch the most, over and over, are:

Balance Of Terror, and Space Seed, from the original series.

Best Of Both Worlds and Yesterday's Enterprise from Next Gen.

The Way Of The Warrior and Trials & Tribbulations from DS9

Year of Hell from Voyager.

In A Mirror Darkly and Bound from Enterprise.

Although I enjoy them, I don't watch the Trek films that often. I always thought Trek worked much better as a TV series, anyway.
