Hello folks, another Thursday, another episode of The Office!

Michael’s fascination with a woman modeling a chair in an office supply catalog makes him feel things he hasn’t felt in a while. With Michael distracted, Kevin and Andy team up to win back Dunder Mifflin’s stolen parking spaces, forcing them into a showdown with the bosses of the five businesses of the office park.

Quite frankly, after some of Jan's actions last week, who can blame Michael for lusting even a chair model? ;)

"Pam, will you wait for me while I tie my shoe?"

I wonder will the Jim/Pam storyline will go. With these two I'm a romantic, and would love to see them get married. I just hope the writer's don't rush it and treat the relationship honestly no matter how quick they get them engaged.

This was better than last weeks episode, having an episode outside The Office really is jarring. The supporting cast is more integral to making the show than I originally thought.

I liked the "tie my shoe" bit at the end, but for some reason the episode as a whole just didn't click with me. Something just felt "off" this week. Also, what's the deal with no Ryan 2 weeks in a row? B.J. Novak wrote tonight's ep and didn't even give himself any screentime.

Because he works at corporate now, which is in New York hours away. Frankly, I say good. I never liked Ryan, snobby bastard.

This was an episode of "moments" for me, which helped to push it up to above average. Michael somewhat pouring his hopes to the office, "I got it a week after we started dating", "tying my shoes" and Kevin's small victory. Michael's story line made him pretty damn unlikeable in my eyes, though, through his treatment of Pam's landlord. I was sort of hoping for a small change in heart (recurring character, even) but no.

That bit with the blind date was a lift from the UK Office.

Difference being it worked out pretty well, in the end, for David.

I have to say I didn't really get the obsession with the chair model. I understand Michael is just an immature little kid and hopeless romantic, but that seemed a bit much even for him.

The look on his face when the guy calls his name in the coffee shop was priceless though. :D

Come on, how about Creed calling Pam about the chair? So Pam gets Michael's old chair, and Creed then gets Pam's old chair. Then he only needs one more chair, for some weird sinister reason.

I liked Andy's victory dance in the parking lot. NARD DAWG!

Yeah, this was definitely a "Michael is a jerk" episode. But they made him sympathetic last week, so it all balances out. I noticed in the past few seasons that Michael will usually get some redeeming moments to balance out all the arrogance and stupidity. He didn't seem like as much of a jerk though as he does when he picks on Toby for no reason.

This one got a Dundie from me just for the Jim & Pam goodness. I love them. They are such a perfect match, and the "tie my shoe" bit was just perfect for their relationship.

Michael was a complete jerk, though. :p

Half the reason they gave Ryan the job at corporate was so Novak could spend more time on his writing/producing responsibilities.

I'm kinda new at Office fandom, so I'm watching all the little behind the scenes webisodes on Hulu.com. I'm really falling in love with the cast. They seem like they are having such a blast and all seem to genuinely like each other. :) That kind of thing just weds my heart to a show. *lurv* :D
