I wouldn't say Bruce Willis can't act. He's certainly not the best actor, but he's just at his best when he's a dirty, ass-kicking son-of-a-bitch.

Well, yeah, that's what I mean; how much skill does it really require to say "Yippe-ki ya Mother ****ers!" He's an action hero primarily and that doesn't necessarily equate to being a good dramatic actor.
