Okay, it's 1515 on a tuesday afternoon, and I am eagerly awaiting the start of our new Trek flick.

I've had my reservations about some aspects of the film, all based solely on the information to date- yet I firmly believe that I can't make an informed critique of the movie until I actually watch it.

So here I am- excited and a little afraid. It is new and unknown.

So it's about to start. See you all in just over 2 hours.

I've never understood people who don't like people who text in movie theaters. At least they aren't talking on the phone, right?

The screens are really bright in a dark theater, it is very distracting and easy to see by everyone else in the theater.

I've never understood folks who can't bear to be out of reach for a few hours. I can only imagine what would happen if the coverage dropped out, they'd be chewing on their limbs by nightfall.

I do hope he's at the theatre, because I've seen a sample of the pirated version and it was absolutely horrible. If so, then I doubt he'll come back with "i loved it!":D

I hate people that don't have their phone on vibrate (or silent) in movie theaters.

One person had their phone ring for about twenty seconds during the Trek premiere last Friday. They got booed pretty damn fast.
