Was there ever a time that you never watched much TV?

For me it was the mid 80s on until about 2000, when I got married. All I watched from 1985 onward? TNG--DS9, some Simpsons, some Sienfeld, some of Voyager. But thats it...nothing else..

Then I got married. Now I watch so much TV it isn't funny. Heroes, Lost, 24, Big Bang Theory, Dancing with the stars (Honey-do), Biggest Loser (Honey-do), Hells Kitchen, American Idol, America's next top model (honey-do), Batman;Brave and the Bold...thats about it. Thats a lot of tv. The void is over..

But in the 90s...I was out of touch. Did I miss anything??

What about you...was there ever a LONG VOID???

I've always been a couch potato, but when I was in college, I didn't have time to watch much TV, although I had a little black and white set in my dorm room.

I also didn't have time to watch much TV back when I was a retail manager; I was never at home much so I'd only tape things and watch them on my day off.

Now, however, I probably watch at least 3 hours a day, not including the times I'm cooking or cleaning and have CNN on in the background.

Like Robert I missed a decade or so(except Trek and B5). Now, my dvr forces me to watch to make room for the next one that's going to tape. Which reminds me-I gotta watch Kings after work or Grey's won't record. LOL.

LOL...I know what you mean..all this DVR shuffling..and then in a couple of weeks it will all be over because summer will be here and shows are done for the season...
