It's not masturbating so much as it is ejaculation that is good for prostate health. So if you can ejaculate via other means, feel free!

Actually, I think it's the hormone levels that make you want to that are healthy: too much in your youth is high risk, not enough as you age likewise.

Though I like your theory - I shall seek out some older men and offer them profilactic healthcare.
