I voted no, but my reaction to the hair is more of a 'meh'. We simply know too little to make any reasonable guesses on whether that hairstyle will be appropriate for #11, or if Smith will even keep it till then. For all we know, Moffat wants him to be bald.

i dont think that is the 11th Doctor outfits, its just something to wear for the publicity, hes got to wear something.
I understand that, but the ultimate costume could still just be a variation of it. There are only so many looks that go with hair like THAT, after all.

I've been reading lot of people think thats the outfit in a lot of places - but to me it looks like the outfit he wore during the interview so I just assume the press and prohotgrapher were released onto him just before/after.
Thankfully I've found one forum that doesn't refer to the clothes as 'goth/emo lolz'
The hair I don't mind so much... if he's going to be slightly eccentric then the hair could easily match that - but I wouldn't be surprised if there was some re-styling.

aside from how bloody thin he is (god I hate him already just for that) the outfit is a fairly generic male outfit which you could get in any chain menswear store, the only thing that stands out is the boots & how white he looks.
its no more the 11th Doctor outfit than that shot of Tennat in a loft & a flowery white shirt (and if I recall correctly it had Martha in it as well)

Lol. Well considering how much cooler they managed to make Tennant look on the show, I'm sure we don't have anything to worry about with Smith.
And they'll probably also have him try on every conceivable style of costume too, so whatever they settle on will probably be what he does in fact look BEST in.
(I'll be very surprised if there isn't some kind of punk rock influence in it though. It just looks very natural on him.)
I think you might have mistaken the word "cute" for "hot" ... There is a world of difference between the two.
