I'm unsure how useful this will be (perhaps you could use it as an order to watch/rewatch the entire franchise in), but I've compiled a list of every episode and film in the entire franchise in release order.
On Memory Alpha, on each article for each episode/film, there are arrows in the infobox that link to the preceding and succeeding episodes/films in terms of the date on which they were released. Using this, you can go from the page for "The Man Trap" all the way to the page for "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow" in the order that everything was released in.
Obviously, that's a lot of time and effort, so I went through and clicked through every page to put the information into list format.

Please note that certain episodes of TNG, DS9, VOY, DIS, and PIC were originally released on the same day. While VOY did air at a certain time because it originally aired exclusively on UPN, TNG and DS9 did not because they originally aired in syndication. With regards to DIS and PIC, I assume that the episodes were added to Paramount+ at the exact same time. In these cases, it's impossible to have an exact release order, so I've just stuck to the (presumably arbitrary) order Memory Alpha has them in.
Also, if you're wondering how I got the Klingon characters for "wej Duj", I just downloaded a Klingon font. If you copy and paste them you'll see that they just get converted into Latin characters.
