Four years ago, I backed a Kickstarter by Matt Zoller Seitz, who was aiming to write an ambitious book on the making of Deadwood.
Life intervened as it so often does and the project did not take shape in the timeframe initially expected. In truth, I had forgotten about it until several months ago when I started paying attention to the campaign's updates again.
And now, finally, the Deadwood Bible: A Lie Agreed Upon is now in my hands!
Who else was a backer? Do you have your copy? Did you enjoy reading it? Mine just arrived a couple days ago so I haven't dove in yet, but it does have a very nice presentation.
