Deadline Hollywood reports here that the CW is developing a Flash series. The character may first appear in Arrow next season and then be spun off into his own show. Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns will reportedly write the Flash pilot, while David Nutter will direct it. Berlanti and Kreisberg are expected to run the show if it's picked up.
