The Crow was on MTV

I woke up after about an hour's worth of sleep in a bit of a haze, and I'm flipping through the channels.

And there on MTV is The Crow. I hadn't seen it since it was in theaters.

Seeing Brandon Lee in make-up and given his death reminded me of Ledger's Joker...or maybe it's because I was half-asleep.

Anyway, what do you cats think of this flick and the comics? I remember liking both in my goth dark phase in high school. Now, not so much.

I kinda hated this movie in the theatre...it was too much like the Nightmare on Elm Street flicks in that the antagonist is supernatural and can't be harmed or defeated in any way. Where's the drama? It was all a bloodfest and very unsatisfying to me.
