Decided to give this one another try based on it being praised by the AV Club as being a good ensemble piece. Setting aside that Hoshi barely has more to do than Archer's dog, I found myself annoyed at how the production team once again displayed such Khan-like two dimensional thinking. The massive storm front the ship couldn't hope to outrun... had visible top and bottom edges. The crew could have just plotted a course on the z axis and parked itself comfortably above or below it.
