The Big Goodbye final scene on Netflix.

I notice a change of music in the final scene in this episode between Picard and the Detective anyone know why they did this? A copyright issue?

Changed to what?

Isn't the music in that scene just a cue by Dennis McCarthy? If so, I can't imagine how the issue could be copyright. ...Unless the cue quotes "Out Of Nowhere" and that's the problem? (Again though, the song was adapted and scored by Dennis McCarthy. It's on one of the Trek CDs.) What music is playing on the Netflix version when Picard first enters the holodeck?

It's the final holodeck scene between Picard and Detective McNary are along in the office while Data and Beverly rush Mr. Whalen to Sickbay from a severe gunshot wound. McNary asked "When you gone will this world still exist?" Near the very end when Picard exits the holodeck.
