Sorry for missing last week’s discussion thread. I thought it was a rerun! :alienblush:

I really enjoyed this episode. Love how Sheldon and Penny tried to up each other. I am glad that I have gotten addicted to this hilarious show.

I almost missed this episode and got home at the last second. I was behind a slow moving vehicle going home from my last visit for work.

Well I have just started running people over. I will be in the middle of a show and the police will show up... okay not really but I have seriously thought about it. (And it pisses me off that, now that I am on Central time, I am forced to watch all my 8pm shows at 7. Getting home in time is so much harder. :klingon:)

As for the show... She called his mom! :guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:

And can I just say how funny the look on Sheldon's face was when he realized he couldn't do his laundry on "Laundry Day".

I gave it an above average. If you need me I will be over here looking for Mrs. Wolowitz.

Klingon Boggle!

"He's just one lab experiment away from becoming a super-villain."

This ep was great! It gets an "Excellent" from me. :techman:

^ :rommie: I had forgotten that one. Of course it is easy to forget one when you have so many to choose from. If I wasn't already using my signature space to make an overt yet emotional statement, I would change it to that right now. I will save it for later though.

EXCELLENT!!!

Starting with Klingon Boggle which just got a loose mention in S1 ep1 and now showing it was great! I love that they revisited it that and wonder what else may get revisited. It might cause me to rethink other such "cast off lines".

Penny as the foil to Sheldon this week was great. This type stand off has been coming.

It'd be tough to make the call between Big Bang and The Office as to which is better. Both are tops!!

it was hysterical. I also loved the subplot about Wollowitz and Koothrappali searching for the models' house :)

Just to let you know for the 2nd week running TBBT scored a SERIES HIGH rating and that includes beating DWTS in the demo and crossing 10 million for the first time ever.

:techman:

^^^
All right 10million!!
Way to go TBBT.
I'm guessing they won't give it the official renewal for S3 till Spring but its a sure thing at this point I'd wager.

I just got back from visiting my family, and while I was there I introduced my parents to TBBT. And they liked it. A lot.

:D

Another great episode, BTW - well played, Penny. Well played.

This is one of the best episodes yet. I've actually been in a room with a bunch of guys who were slack jawed at ANTM.

BTW, I loved the fact that Penny's first strike was forwarding a lolcatz pic to Sheldon and then saying "but they're so cute and they can't spell!"

:rommie:I loved every second of it. too funny. My wife daughter and I don't miss it. Scary thing, was my wife asked if anyone got Qapla as a word in boggle.

While I absolutely love this show last night's epioe really left me wanting. I liked the one upmanhip and stuff but it just din't make me laugh nearly as hard a it uually does.

For once, I find myself agreeing with Othello!

I may occaisionally have felt the same way about previous episodes but this one, for me, really stuck out as being done by the numbers.

An episode that combines two shows that I love! Yes, I like America's Next Top Model, but don't worry, not as much as TBBT! And by the way, if anyone was wondering, the two models that answered the door are actual contestants on this season of Top Model.

AstroSmurf, I feel your pain about the catching it an hour early thing. I am in the Pacific time zone, yet our local CBS station shows everything an hour early, so it comes on at 7 PM. I actually used to love it back in the days when Friends was still on. I could watch Survivor at 7 and still be able to watch Friends at 8.
