Hopefully to better success then the previous time.
Well, for initial good news, the producers got access to Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor, which the guys on the late 90s show could only use in guest appearances (Cap's, in particular, seemd to almost scream "yeah, we wish he was on the show full-time too"). Including Hulk is a bit odd, since, despite being there for #1, his association with the team ended in #2, and he doesn't fit the themes at all; perhaps he's just too popular to left excluded.
It's notoriously hard to judge designs from stills, and given that this is three years away from airing, it seems highly likely they'll change somewhat in the process anyway, but based on that single image it's fairly standard current animation, apart from Iron Man's Cro-Magnon forehead.
The X-Men and Spider-Man have been Marvel's top guns both in comics and other media for 25 years; the Avengers have had a resurgence in the comics of late (albeit in a form that is rather different from the classic version), so it'll be interesting to see if they can get a hit in the animated world, especially given that both of the former properties currently have excellent new series airing.
