The Armstrong and Miller Show

WHAT!?!

I didn't even know it was on! *checks online TV Guide* And it's new stuff, not a repeat!

I am so out of the TV loop....still, there's always iPlayer!

Yeah the KAtie/Andre stuff was classic. I liked the vampires and the farmers market song. Very good.

And finally we have proof that Shouting Up The Arse isn't an effective medical procedure.

:guffaw::guffaw:

I thought I'd set this to record but it hasn't for some reason. I guess I'll have to get it on iPlayer at some point.

The World War 2 pilots are still great, I like the Vampires too. I'm already sick of the "Forgot to put the bins out" sketch though.

I love these guys.

Quick question. In the middle of the Farmers' Market sketch, there was a snippet of another tune as someone was putting jars of mustard on a table. I recognized the tune as something I'd heard before, but I couldn't place the reference. Can anyone help with that?

Hmm, second episode definitely nowhere near as funny as the first. Do still like the vampires but think I prefer them individually as actors rather than togeather as a duo. Considering how many people wrote this it should be funnier.

Yeah, Mitchell & Webb are the kings of this sort of thing, now. As others have said - this one was a bit weak. A&M are talented and funny fellas, but if the writing isn't up to scratch...

I don't normally watch A&M, but I caught a few sketches in last weeks ep. The vampires were good, not sure about the rest.

That was Take On Me by A-ha and the guy putting the jars on the table was Morten Harket the lead singer. :shifty:

I guess, they had him on because his name rhymes with market? :shrug:
