Did anyone catch the Star Trek The Exhibition this year at the Detroit Science Center? I believe it was one of four across the country. I was very disappointed. You could not take pictures, the models were not actually used on filming sets in TV or movies, there were some details over looked in creating life size figures like the band around Worf's torso was made of bicycle chains not some cheap looking plastic material used by the one on display, a lot of the historical information was repetitive, and the overall look was like a worn out old set in needing of touch up paint. There was some cool things but I can't remember them. I was hoping for more of a Las Vegas type exhibit with some actual used set props. Did anyone have a different experience there or at the other exhibits?
