The clip appears to have been taken down. Is this the one where John finds a blue guy in the TARDIS and then David shows up on the set? That's from a talent show Barrowman hosted called Tonight's the Night. They held a viewer contest and the winner got to perform in a little scene with John written by Russell T. Davies. David's appearance was kept as a surprise for the winner. I was reading in DWM that this apparently was the last Doctor Who "story" RTD expects to write, though it's just a piece of fun.
